When I walked in I was immediately greeted and assigned a line. I made quick assumptions that I was going to wait forever. People were scrambling everywhere, but I soon discovered there was a method to their madness. It was controlled chaos on a Saturday afternoon. Walking in without an appointment, I was given one with only an hour wait, so off I went into the mall to wander. Back in hour, knowing their system helped ease my mind and soon I was waiting at a table. Although it felt like I was waiting forever, the world doesn't circulate around me. And it doesn't circulate around you either....I think the manager was the one who checked me in and checked on me to see if I was okay, everyone seemed to gravitate towards him. And Omar, who helped me, fixed my dead computer~checking something on a hunch, reseated it (whatever that is) and came back and told me it was all good, no charge. So all in all, the wait was no big deal. And even though I am a die hard android user, I enjoyed the how to use your iPhone camera class happening while I waited. But I will never switch. But I do love my Macbook Air. Thanks Omar~you da man!!

Workers at this store are useless !! I went in to get a phone for my child and they ended up having me pay off my balance for my phone instead of my daughters! The workers require more training and should know what they are doing before they start charging you money left and right and at the end of the day left the store with no phone because after paying off $1,000 dollars they very carelessly asked me to now pay another $536 to get the new phone . ! Beyond ridiculous spend over an hour at the store and wasted my time !!! If you need to pay off your phone do that with your carrier don’t do it here they are useless!!!

Awful service, I’ve been using Apple products for decades, and this time the staff at this store really made me reconsider buying more apple products. I went to actually BUY an apple watch, I knew exactly what I wanted, and just needed someone to get it for me. I was ready to pay, I asked two of their staff who were doing nothing, they just pointed out in which table I can buy it, waited and still nothing. How come you have people of your staff doing absolutely nothing and still have people waiting for service?

Went in for device trade in and to also see about ordering a MacBook Melanie, who help my wife and I also at the same time helped out another young gentleman with his device purchase bc he had been standing around actually waiting before us. We really thought he was already getting help.
Overall, the interaction and everything was just so natural and smooth. It was such an enjoyable time with Melanie and even the other customer. We are very thankful that on a time that we had to go into the store we were able to get assistance from her bc she made our experience a great one, we appreciated it very much

customer service at this location is horrible. A man assisted me with the purchase of my smart watch. I asked to see the two different band sizes for the watch and he rolled his eyes and said "I thought you were ready". My interaction with him consisted of a 10 minute wait and 5 minutes to purchase a watch. I just wanted to confirm the band size and he was abhorrently rude. That will be the last purchase I make from Apple. Their team at this location needs to be better trained and should attend more courses on customer service and care. If you hate your job, please get a different one. Don't take it out on the customers.
