  iPad Pro just over a year old and Genius tech wants me full price for another one ? They also want my old one to sell again instead of fixing it ?

  Complete waste of time. They cannot fix small issues like a blue line on an Apple Watch and they will make you wait 1 hour just to tell you that. 0 out of 10, DO NOT RECOMMEND this Apple Store.

  John was very helpful when I came in to buy an iphone without an appointment. Courteous, efficient service and I really appreciated his help setting up my new phone --and was happy that he didn't try to upsell me or pester me to buy accessories. I was in and out within about 30 minutes!
