  Liz was absolutely wonderful! I came in to pick up my new laptop and was having some trouble adding AppleCare. Liz was so kind, patient, and informative throughout the whole process. She took the time to help me figure out that I needed to fix my Apple password before I could add my card, and she made everything so much easier. I really appreciated how helpful and genuinely kind she was. Thank you, Liz, for making my experience so great and for helping me get my brand-new laptop and AppleCare! You’re a great employee and definitely deserve a shoutout! ❤️

  Horrible experience. The girl with the cheetah print boots was super rude and annoyed that I had a pick order?? I was ignored while she let 4 brand new people get in front of me…. Then she came up with attitude like I was bothering her. These min wage staff members have the craziest attitude. Apple is great and Brea Mall Apple is amazing. However, CERRITOS apple sucks.

  Loooove my girl Melanie down. I just got the new iPhone18 Pro Max in Burgundyyy and I absolutely love itttt not only that I enjoyed every bit of my experience getting set up and leasing. Store was so busy, but Miss Melanie was so professional, sweet and attentive. Thank you for making my experience so seamless and fun.

  Just wanted to give a shout out to Bara! He was so kind and patient when helping us with our pick up order. It was a pretty busy day for the store due to the new iPhone that had recently been released, so his calm nature was extra appreciated.

  idk what’s up with the staff here but I think they prefer to inconvenience their customers than help them 🫩 they don’t smile, say they’re busy and fully booked, and won’t even replace your item despite providing the receipt. hope they undergo training or smthng cause they lack customer empathy or smthng. got my problem fixed and replaced at Apple The Grove btw so I know I wasn’t the problem.
