  Eddie helped my 80 year old mother with a new Apple Mac lap top and he went above and beyond helping her. She is so happy to have met him and I am truly grateful for his grace and professionalism. I recommend going to the Apple Store in Cerritos if you're looking to buy any Apple products! Thank you Apple for hiring Eddie.

  The line for pickup was moving at a good pace, the employees were super friendly and knowledgeable. A very pleasant experience

  Worst experience ever. I will never return to this store. I was helped by Stephanie, this person had a bad attitude from the beginning. Really careless person, impatient and just negative across the board. She ended up asking another sales rep to help me. I don't understand how apple has these type of people working in this store.

  I was being a helped by a you gentleman he was sweet as can be. Then his coworker Christhian an older and heavier man, was very rude towards us we were waiting at the table for our technician took our phone to the back, the older man in a rude way told us what were we doing there that’s only for people who are getting assisted in a rude manner! I have never felt so attacked and uncomfortable while being at the Apple Store. He also raised his voice at our tech somewhat undermining his authority! I find his actions to be very unprofessional and Apple should check in with their employees. I hope we was just having a bad day and is not a bitter person.
