  We have been long-time patrons and ever since big corporate took over (VCAI) it has been downhill. Even Dr Putnam is leaving. My dog was emergency sick and they say don’t bother calling again unless you have an appointment that is weeks in advance. Well, don’t bother calling me then - goodbye!

  I absolutely love the staff, techs, and vets here. They’ve taken such amazing care of both of our dogs and you can tell they really do care. I completely trust them and know that they want the best for our pups. So courteous, kind, and professional. Can’t recommend them enough.

  Very nice staff. Clean waiting room and exam rooms and effcient people. They care for your pets and make you and your pet feel at ease. My 12 week old tortie kitten made herself at home and explored.

  Have to unfortunetaley downgrade my previous 5 star that has existed for many years. The vet tech staff is here is great but unfortunately we have had really unprofessional, rude, and dismissive behavior from (one of?) the vet here. We brought our new puppy here after several years of not having a dog and were disappointed with how this place has changed and we were treated by one of the vets. The first appt for initial vaccinations was ok if say...not particularly positive or negative. But the subsequent appt was a disaster. Firstly, we scheduled the followup 2 weeks later per the vets suggestion (her words: "it's up to you, you can come back in 2 or 3 weeks"). Only to get verbally reprimanded when we came back 2 weeks later: "what are you doing here? You can't just come back for the next round of vaccinations whenever you want!" Etc. After trying to explain that we wouldn't have just arbitrarily picked a date to followup and we were following HER instruction, she just sighed dismissively. Another example is that she was almost scolding us about training our dog. When we explained with some pride how well she was doing with many commands were working on with her, she just guffawed in disbelief and suggested that we were either lying or didn't really know what we're talking about (since she's an expert and we're just lowly dog owners). Overall extremely displeased with these experiences so much that we will not be returning and are in the process of establishing care at another vet...

  Dr Putnam and the team are amazing. Front to back this place cares, has great prices and treats our furry family like their own.
