  I suspended my service and tried to reconnect it only to find out that the number no longer exists. The representative who helped me with the freeze never once mentioned there would be a time limit as to when my number would be recycled. I asked if my name could be looked up to view previous numbers and was told the system would only allow them to search phone numbers not account holder names which is ridiculous. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and you should too.

  Very very rude unhelpful request for help changing my number but refused too help me said return when my manager is here I paid half my bill but yet she refused to change my number and I was willing to pay for it to be changed she said call customer service I did all I got was a tape recording all the time nothing in English no live operator only chat line nobody responded. I'm going to return to the store and give em a piece of my mind very bad service

  So disappointed. Was given a screen protector and case that isn't even the right one for the phone. Wasn't given a receipt and not sure how they think the can overcharge me for an old case that doesn't work with a new phone. If my upgrade was only $109 how was my total $220? I'm going back this morning and they better refund me. I need and actually manager to call me and not David regarding the employee I had to deal with today. Calling names and recording me on her personal phone without my knowledge or permission and name calling. She had absolutely no right to call me names and lie to David and David said he's defending her. Then to call me names while recording me on the way out. If I find these recordings online i will have my lawyer contact you. And for her to cry to her manager playing victim was absolutely ridiculous. I wish I knew this ugly young ladies name. Completely uncalled for to be sold a phone with a case because she said they don't have it. When I wanted a refund for everything they had the audacity to say they need to charge me money to refund everything. They wanted $70 for me to ask for a refund???
