  I was a little disappointed when I was helping my 89 year old aunt pay her bill while she was in the hospital. My aunt asked me to purchase a money order. But Cricket do not except money. orders for payment.

  My experience at the Canoga cricket store was the best I've ever had dealing with a new phone,the worke who's name is Kenya had the best customer service experience.!!! Give her a raise please !!! 10/10 will be coming back for sure !

  Kenya is phenomenal. Needed two phones with unlimited everything. She made it easy, quick, and efficient. I recommend, if you visit this store you ask for Kenya, things should go smoothly.

  I suspended my service and tried to reconnect it only to find out that the number no longer exists. The representative who helped me with the freeze never once mentioned there would be a time limit as to when my number would be recycled. I asked if my name could be looked up to view previous numbers and was told the system would only allow them to search phone numbers not account holder names which is ridiculous. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and you should too.
