  Disorganized and poorly trained staff. I went in for an iPad repair, I had to find someone to check me into my appointment, and they tried to charge me 3X the repair cost listed in my Apple care policy. When I brought this up to the “genius” he told me to call the 1800 number and ask them about the price, so I did, and they confirmed that I was significantly overcharged.

  Absolutely the worst experience on an apple of store. Horrible service. It makes no sense you cannot simply buy a phone. That is not a reasonable experience. Im modifying this to 3 stars exclusively because Nia is fantastic. She deserves 5/5 but the disorganization in the store makes this a 3 star review max.
