- SSSarahJun 29, 20265.0I had the pleasure of speaking with Jessie today and they were absolutely wonderful!!! If we lived closer, i would switch to this practice in a heartbeat just based on the interaction with her today. I was looking for a specialist and thought vca Winchester had specialists which is why I had called. Jessie was extremely empathetic, knowledgeable, patient and kind. She left an excellent first impression on me and hope she is acknowledged for her wonderful customer service!
- SSSJun 5, 20265.0Dr. Diaz & Mariah (nurse who took my cat’s vitals) were so helpful and had incredible bedside manner. Mariah was super friendly. Dr. Diaz didn’t rush through my appointment and she genuinely listened to all of my questions and concerns, which is so hard to find in the Bay Area! I’m so happy my girl is in good hands and back to the vet where we first took her to get her vaccines right after we adopted her. The doctor offered a steroid solution that no other vet in the area had offered and my cat is visibly so much happier. Daniel at the front desk was also so nice on the phone to schedule an appointment, and in person. Fair pricing for the area. Didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me anything extra that I didn’t need, like most clinics do. Lastly, I appreciate that they have a cat-only entrance to separate from dogs. Will be back for all of Cleo’s care needs! Thank you all for the warmth and kindness you showed us.

It wasn't cheap, but here I am realizing that my cats got better healthcare—more attention, time, care, curiosity, and clear explanations, from both a doctor and a technician—in an hour today than I've gotten in the past year from my PCP.
