  Turned up for appointment, told to wait - then totally ignored for 20 minutes past appointment time. Asked how long to wait was normal, was told I was pushed back because I was ‘a little bit late’ - at most one minute, and entirely the time I was ignored for while standing directly in front of the same person waiting for them to check me in. Then served 30 minutes later only to be treated with hostility by staff member Jordan in response to me giving context on how long I had been waiting and time urgency. Was then told after a next day repair was confirmed that they actually could not repair. Left one hour later with time lost and no successful service. Basic battery replacement.

  The associate, Hoa was so helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way for us, we had such a positive experience with Hoa. He has been with Apple for many years and Apple is fortunate to have Hoa!

  Had the worst service at this shop. I went in to get my recently purchased MacBook checked because there was a thin line appearing on my display. The guy in the genius bar took it to run diagnostics and completely ruined my display- the screen is flickering now and appears damaged. The guy did not apologize, nor did he offer any explanation. Would never return to this shop.

  The staff there wanted me to scan an in-store QR code so they could pull my information to figure out what I had ordered for pickup. I literally had the email with the order number and QR code from Apple with my information on hand, but they still insisted that I scan their code and I had to uncheck a whole bunch of permissions to access my data which the store would otherwise use to advertise more stuff to me. I don’t understand why they need to make it so cumbersome to just pickup what I had ordered. Quite a disappointing experience.

  This place operates out of arrogance. Maybe because it is a rich area. If I go to the Stonestown Apple Store, I don't feel that. People who work there are quite friendly.
