- MMMarmaraki Marmaraki5 days ago5.0My AirPods recently the volume was very low I could only hear it when I put the phone on the highest volume I took it to Best Buy they repaired it but then it was heating. It was getting very hot after 10 minutes maybe less even so they told me to go to Apple Store and Brea I took it over there. They were very nice. They took care of the problem and I am so happy with that store and the Service.

It’s on the lower level of the mall as you enter directly into the second level next to the JC Penny. Other than that, normal Apple Store that’s extremely busy but the staff was quick to help.
- RHRuoying HanJun 25, 20261.0Not a good experience. The sales rep we were assigned couldn’t understand my question. I asked to buy the phone without trade in, however, she ignored the request and went on, working with other customers. Quite a waste of time.

Horrible experience, the other 1 star reviews were not lying. Go to other locations for better service, avoid this store.
