  just now, i try to call them reschedule my pick up time tomorrow, i been wait over 20mins, their 'specialist' always busy. just a simple step, i want to pick up my paid off new phone later tomorrow, very welcome!

  The products are complete beautiful junk. They look good but try saying Siri and getting it to even hear you. I bought a new iPhone 17 Pro Max and throughout the day it barely registers my touch and when I brought it into the store they want to put you through a nightmare of a process deleting everything you have and starting from scratch as a first starting point. Just crazy. The team at these stores know nothing about computers. Apple has just become too big to fail and these stores and the people working in them are a prime lesson for us to remember that having only a few eco systems to choose from has created a stale company with low quality performing products. Just because the products are beautiful does not mean they work the best. The process to fix this junk is not worth the time and agony. I’m at a point where I’m finally considering something that actually works over ecosystem.

  I tried to set up an appointment with one of the Apple genius' over the phone and it was useless! So I just showed up at the store and within minutes, I was helped by a knowledgeable rep by the name of ARIA! She was gracious, and helped me understand my iPhone and more importantly set me up an Apple account so I am now able to download apps and got me in and out within 10 minutes! SHE WAS JUST DELIGHTFUL! And a superlative teacher! So I was more than taken care of and left quite happy!

  I lost my left AirPod (1st generation), so I came in on Wednesday to purchase a replacement, which cost me $74 after tax. However, it did not work. The staff member who assisted me told me that I needed to fully charge it before pairing, so I trusted that advice and went home. After charging it overnight, it still did not work. So I had to come back again on Thursday (yesterday). After waiting for about an hour, I was finally helped. I clearly expressed that I did not want to waste more time and preferred a return. However, the staff member tested the AirPod and then took it to the back. After a while, he came back and told me it needed to charge for another hour. I stayed there for another hour to charge it, and eventually the left AirPod started working. I was happy and went home. But once I got home, I realized both AirPods could not work together for more than 20 seconds. Then my original right AirPod stopped working again. Now I can only use one AirPod at a time—they do not work simultaneously. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially after multiple visits and long waiting times. I have to go there today again Updated: I went back to the Apple Store again. At first, they refused to process a return or refund and said it had to go through a repair service. I found that very confusing, because I purchased a brand-new replacement AirPod, not a repair service. I did nothing wrong on my end. Later, I asked to speak with a manager, Michael. After some waiting, he came back and said they could issue a refund. Regardless, I appreciate Michael for resolving the issue. However, before leaving, I also told him that their service really needs improvement. Overall, I am very disappointed with Apple’s service. I spent $74 on a single first-generation AirPod simply because I didn’t want to create more electronic waste. In reality, buying a brand-new set of AirPods with discounts would only cost around $89 or $99. When did Apple’s service become this poor?

  4/27/26 purchased an iPad with keyboard for 1995.22$, I wanted to trade an old iPad, I have been told that I will get 10% recycling credit of the keyboard by one the employees, after that they switched the employee who initially helped me, new gentleman named Eric started to help me and gave me only 20$ discount, I told him that the discount is 34.90$ (10% of the 349.0$), Eric told me the keyboard is not eligible!!! Different information from different employees, I asked for a manager, Sofia helped me, refused to override and to give me 34.90$ discount, was unprofessional, lacks knowledge of costumer service, Mr. Eric seems did like the conversation, started to be rude and unprofessional. Very bad experience, not my fault, Sofia and Eric kicked the customer satisfaction out of the door, did not give a shit and lied and admitted that they can give the discount but chose not to do so. Suggest to hire professional employees of apple cares about customer service and satisfaction. Thank you.
