- KWKevin WellmanSep 9, 20261.0Rude and unprofessional. I admit that I arrived five minutes late after driving more than 30 minutes to the appointment. There had been an accident on the freeway. I checked in five minutes late and sat down in an empty waiting room. A few minutes later, the vet tech told me that they were running behind and gave me two options: leave my pet there and wait for a call when she was finished, or reschedule for the next day. Either option would require me to take additional time off work and make another hour-long round trip. When I explained this, the tech told me they had a 10-minute late policy. I pointed out that I had arrived only five minutes late. Her response was, “Well, now it’s 10 minutes late.” By then, I had already been sitting in their waiting room for several minutes, and there were still no other customers waiting. I understand that appointment times matter, and I take responsibility for being five minutes late. However, the dismissive way this was handled—especially when the office itself was running behind—showed no respect for my time or circumstances. I decided to leave and find a more professional veterinarian who values both their customers and their customers’ time.
- MCMelvin ClavioJul 2, 20265.0Dr. Beck is amazing! Treats our fur baby like he’s one of her own. Gives us the best recommendations while being honest and not offering services to us that is not necessary. She especially treats our family with care and love! Most definitely recommend Dr. Beck to all fur parents out there!
