  This is the second time we’ve had to come to VCA because of our goldens and both times the team was exceptional!!! The front office staff is amazing at answering questions and even had the doctors take a look at photos before I came in. The doctors themselves are very knowledgeable and were quick to help our babies while making us feel better, so grateful for the team!!!

  Thank you, Dr.Sheets. The regular check ins and care my cats received was excellent. He did an excellent job and was very kind and compassionate. I’m glad to have VCA here in case of an emergency.

  DO NOT COME TO VCA. I am actively waiting on hearing if my dog is okay or not. My sister and I had to leave our Mom with him at the clinic cus we were waiting just to hear ANYTHING since they took him back for 3+ hours. Our dog Bean, has been having seizures and has been nearing his end for awhile now. Tonight he had 2 seizures, one very very bad one. Causing us to bring him in. They took him back, and we didnt hear anything for hours. While we sat there, we could hear Bean barking, about 40 to an hour after he went back. Which he only does if he is left alone for a while. Which stresses him out. They could hear him barking as well. No one went to check on him. After it had been at least an hour of him barking. At this point we'd been waiting for about 2 hours. Then he went silent. Still no update. It is the middle of the night, We just want to know if our dog is okay. We sat there stressed, and in the dark. While the women at the front desk giggled, laughed, and gossiped loudly. I find this very unprofessional and disrespectful for the very obviously grieving people infront of them. There was plenty of rooms open for us to wait with our dog so he isnt alone during this hard time, and still nothing. I also have seen many reviews talking about how they dont take any information when people call in for emergencies, or appointments. I can second this. I watched when an emergency call was made to VCA. The women took no names, no information, besides it was a yorkie coming in. She told them to come in, Although I highly doubt these women would treat that poor puppy with urgency when it came in.

  We used this place when our dog was injured, and it didn’t take long to realize that this place is all about the money. They could care less about your animal or how you’re feeling as a pet owner. It seemed like all they cared about was getting your dollar and moving on to the next person. We were charged for an emergency visit and then had to sit there for two hours waiting to be seen. When your animal is injured, you expect urgency, compassion, and genuine concern for the animal. I would not bring my dog here again, even if my dog were hit by a car. I would find another veterinarian, even if I had to drive to a different city. That’s how strongly I feel about our experience. I would not recommend this place.

  I would like to thank Dr. Sheetz for my emergency visit last night in regards to Lola the Frenchie thank you guys for providing me with good service when needed. It’s highly appreciated to you and all your staff for being professional and adequate in your jobs. Also, I would like to think the dayshift workers for the discharge when picking up my pet thank you guys for your professionalism in regards to my pet.
