  My phone had been shutting on and off for 3 minutes, and I took it to apple and they replaced my phone with my data still intact, I was so stressed my phone wouldn’t get fixed, but I’m glad they did.

  No greetings workers standing around in groups made an appt still waiting no wonder no one buys in store anymore it’s easier to get help from a computer and a more personable experience

  Why does this say Apple Valley Plaza?! Did they change the name from just Valley Plaza or is this a mess up?? Anyways it's gone downhill from 20 years ago. One thing that I was grossed out about was by the food court I saw a cockroach run across the floor. So I decide not to get anything to eat while I was there. Store are so over priced!! I guess they have that high rent to pay to keep the store open. This place needs to do better as far as the whole building.

  The location of this store isn’t the greatest, but the help I get whenever I step foot into this store is wonderful. I have learned to schedule appointments ahead to save time and receive more accommodations. I always have a pleasant experience at the Genius Bar / in-store Apple support. This particular time, Mandeep was the one who assisted me with my iPad troubles. He was extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and went above and beyond to educate me and to provide stellar customer service. I haven’t had many issues at this store, but the patience and careful attention to detail sat well with me enough to write a review. Mandeep is an absolute asset to this store, and Apple is extremely lucky to have him!
