- JHJames HickokOct 8, 20262.0I had an appointment that I showed up early for. I waited at the Genius Bar & just see employees walking around talking to each other. Once it was past scheduled time, I reached out to someone & they put me in queue that I was already waiting for my appointment for. Nobody reached out for 15 minutes while at the Genius Bar. Disappointed.
- GTGabriel TortoledoOct 7, 20261.0Formal Complaint Regarding Service Experience Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the service I received at your location earlier today. After traveling for an hour to reach your facility, I waited for over two hours without receiving any assistance. Throughout my visit, the staff members appeared unhelpful and displayed an unprofessional attitude toward my concerns. I find it unacceptable that a customer would be treated with such disregard after making a significant effort to visit your store. It is my expectation that employees maintain a helpful and courteous demeanor when interacting with those seeking support. I would appreciate it if you could address these service shortcomings to ensure a better experience for future visitors. I look forward to hearing your perspective on how this situation will be rectified. Sincerely,
