  Jason and Ashley were just wonderful. We had a small hiccup when we ordered our laptop at another apple store and both employees made sure that we didn't leave disappointed. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the laptop my daughter needed for her first week of high school and truly showed us what true customer service was. If I could give this store 10 stars out of 5 I would. Thank you guys so much for you kind service and just for an awesome experience...

  Had an appointment with a genius checked in 15 minutes prior waited over 40 minutes and the only reason they finally help me is because I asked somebody when somebody was gonna help me. They were nice, but I don’t know why they bypass people that are physically there.

  Why make a reservation at the genius bar if they’ll ignore you? This isn’t the first time this happened to me but I came into the store with an appointment to fix my phone at the genius bar but upon waiting at the bar one employee after another completely ignores me and my mom even after we’ve asked, they received other people who came after we did, such as just dropped in, over my mom and I after waiting for an hour or more. I wish they had better customer service and don’t just completely ignore you while you’re trying to get a phone fixed, they seem bothered to even help. These employees are not it, do better.

  My phone had been shutting on and off for 3 minutes, and I took it to apple and they replaced my phone with my data still intact, I was so stressed my phone wouldn’t get fixed, but I’m glad they did.
