  One of the worst experiences in this place. Most of the workers here are chatting all the time and never want to assist you.

  Employees just chatting away while you stand there like an idiot waiting to be acknowledged, then to be told " be with you in a moment" and walk away??! Do better Kurtis

  Walked in today around noon on 4/26 I wasn't even greeted one time. Every person before and after me that entered the store was greeted with "hello sir did you need any assistance today?", "do you have any questions?" The greeter or host or whoever she was walked by me several times while I roamed the store looking at the products on display and other people were being checked on frequently but I was like a ghost. I saw an iPad I wanted to purchase, but after about 15 minutes of no contact, I left. No way I've ever been treated like that in ANY apple store, but leave it to the Bakersfield location to make me feel like a nobody.

  Hello hello hello hello hello. What's again me and my family back down in the San Diego area, loving life. This ball that we went to we went to one other time and it was great. I had been here before but when I was younger. This is a two-story Mall that is very clean, staff here are great, many stores to choose from, great prices and deals, food is excellent, bathrooms are very clean. This mall has a nice area to eat, with a nice variety of different places to choose food from. On this occasion we chose a nice little arcade / ice cream / bowling / party place. The price is there a reasonable and the kids had a blast. The mall wasn't as packed as I thought it would be, it was nice. If you have a chance stop by and check this mall out, you won't be disappointed

  Jessica is absolutely amazing at this store. I had to bring my little ones with me and she provided all 3 with iPads to draw while I was there for my Genius Bar appointment. She was so kind and informative. She goes above and beyond she literally is the gold standard for customer service. Not only did she show me things I never knew about my phone but she told us about free classes offered by Apple. She is absolutely amazing. We will always come back to her for help.
