  The entire staff and doctor that was on call on Aug 2 at 11:15pm were excellent and professional. My only negative was the cost from prior explanation above. My experience was excellent when I had to take my cat to be put down. A year prior I had to put down my dog at your facility. In both cases care and treatment to both myself and my pet were exceptional. My main frustration is that I had to come in at 3am in the morning to put my 55lb dog down and exam and euthanasia cost $370. Had to bring my 15 year old 7.5lb cat in and exam and euthanasia was gonna be $507. Very upsetting that it cost this much. I ended up paying $425 no exam just euthanasia. Only reason was that my cat was suffering with major issues that I wholeheartedly felt at his age didn’t need to suffer anymore.

  My family had the worst day of our lives as we had to rush our family cat to VCA where he was pronounced dead.We were devastated to say the least. But the staff at VCA was very supportive, we were given a room and time with our baby to say goodbye .Words cannot describe how grateful I am to VCA they didn’t hesitate to see our fur baby.

  8:30am. Foxtail lodged in my boy's nasal passage. 125lb corso/dane mix. My son. My vet fully booked can't see him refer to VCA in Antioch. THE BEST CARE EVER. Dr. Pepping and Vet Tech, Amanda took such great care of our boy. Forever grateful. Professional. Knowledgeable. Above all, kind and compassionate. HEROES. Thank you 🙏❤️

  On June 1, 2025 - I had to rush my Liza here. She was in Real Bad shape. The Doctors were very caring & honest, as they told me that Liza had a 50/50 chance of making it thru the night. She was only 1 1/2 years old, and I was devastated ! Long story . . . short - Liza is here with me today because of Dr. Fogel & Dr. Pepping. They did a lot of tests. But, We never found out what caused Liza to get so sick, she almost died. They had her on IV's & medications. The staff let me stay with Liza for 5 hours one night, 4 hours another time. She was there for 5 1/2 days. Not enough Words to express my gratitude God Bless them

  I want to say Thank you so much to the staff here at this veterinary, They took care of my Furbaby Felony Rose like she was one of their own. My heart was broken when I seen my babies neck so infected I thought honestly she was Gona pass away it was so bad. But the care and love they gave my baby girl was a blessing it’s been a couple weeks now since she was seen. And she’s just about healed all the way. Felony and I say a huge Thank you from our hearts.
