  AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! Blatant scam, false accusations, and weaponizing the police on paying customers. Employee Joel Cardoza gave us the most hostile and abusive treatment imaginable. First, he pulled a classic bait-and-switch scam—quoting $450 for an iPhone 16e, then randomly jacking the price up to $600 at checkout. When we questioned the sudden increase, he refused to complete the sale. It gets far worse: he fabricated an outrageous lie, claiming my friend was "smoking a cigar inside" just because he held a closed cigarette pack in his hand, and kicked him out. When I asked for a manager, Joel panicked, physically covered his name badge with his hand, and called 911 on us just to intimidate paying customers! Weaponizing emergency services and lying about customers to cover up deceptive pricing is disgusting and dangerous. Management needs to check the security cameras immediately and hold this employee accountable. Do not spend a single penny here!

  The customer service was great. But it was so disgustingly hot. I felt so bad for the lady helping me. The ac is broken and NEEDS to be fixed. It is unsafe to work in this heat wave with no ac... thank you for the GREAT customer service tho!
