  Don’t come here to fix your iPhone if you have AppleCare. They try to find other things wrong with your iPhone so they can charge you for more than what Apple is covering for you that day. On top of that they mentioned that one of my speakers was non functional. I wake up today to use my speakers and both are blown out from the bottom of the phone. The reason I know they messed something up is because I was using it for a family trip the day before and it worked perfectly fine. Whatever they did mess it up and now they want me to pay for it. They’re just scamming people into giving them money so they can stay in business and have a purpose.

  Was checking out appliances. Prices seem better than Home Depot or Lowe's. Help came quickly was very reassuring and not to aggressive. The sales associate reinforced membership and promotions....training at this Best Buy location is on point.

  When I came in to get my Galaxy tablet screen protector installed, the service offered by the staff at the Mobile department were really helpful, and installed it quickly for me! Very nice and approachable staff.
