  Hoy mi perro fue enfermo a este hospital y ya cuando venía a casa resulta que mi perro mordio a una enfermera pero por que no dijieron cuando estabamos ahí ahora tienen que hablar condado de orange y no se que va pasar pienso que tienen que tener experience en todo tipo de perros mi perro nunca a mordido no se Que fue lo Que paso creo que lo lastimo de donde le Dolia y por que no decirme ahí.

  Pretty good place. They seem to treat out pups well. They are thourough in details. However they are not responsible for toys lost, and each time we left toys they were somehow "lost." To get a suit for both your dogs costs $200 a night, and nails are $60 per dog, and giving them meds extra $$. So be prepared to pay though the nose here. But, even then, its a pretty good place for your pups.

  Do not go here… we had an emergency with one of our dogs and went here and the emergency vet, Shana Postel, wouldn’t see our dog because she didn’t like our frantic tone and asked us to leave. Our dog was in physical pain and she wouldn’t do anything. We left and went to VIP Animal Hospital in Fullerton and they were amazing. After, we tried reaching out to the Hospital Manager about the poor care we received, and she was hardly in the office, so connecting with her was nearly impossible.

  Our dog Enzo had what appeared to be a stroke so we brought him in late in the evening. Unfortunately, he was the near the end (he had diagnosed sever heart problems for at least a year) so we decided to have him euthanized to spare him any pain or discomfort as even with a recovery, his prognosis did not look positive. The staff genuinely seemed empathetic to us - we were devastated to have to make this decision. The process went as well as could be expected at an emergency vet hospital and even though we would have preferred this performed at home, the staff did an excellent job of making this as least painful as possible to both Enzo and us. A few days later we even received a hand written card sharing their condolences which was really unexpected and appreciated. I wish it wasn't so expensive, but still 5 stars because I feel this went as well as I could have hope considering the circumstance.
