  The young girl specifically told me to go online and she has no deals in store at all. Left very disappointed in the service.Absolutely terrible business practices and the company has very unqualified employees at this specific location. I took my $350 else where to locate a new phone and plan because I was extremely dissatisfied with the services at this location. I represent a multitude of cell phone users for my company I run and this was a major loss in business for your company and sales all in all I would have normally left zero stars but was pleased with at least the air conditioner was working but other then that terrible company and don't go here for any sort of good service or help with getting a new phone or plan. Felt racially profiled against and discriminated against simply because of the color of my skin. They didn't treat me with any respect as a sales lady they did terrible and completely lost out on thousands and thousands of dollars worth of new cell phone deals I was looking to get for the senior home I work with. Im praying no one else has to go through the same discrimination and racism I felt trying to purchase a new phone and plan at this specific location.

  I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Ana and Lesli at Cricket Wireless. While we were at the store purchasing a phone, my mom suddenly experienced a drop in her blood sugar. Ana and Lesli immediately stepped in with kindness, patience, and genuine concern. They made sure my mom was okay and stayed with us until she felt better. Their compassion and willingness to help during a stressful moment meant so much to our family. It’s rare to find employees who go above and beyond like they did. Thank you, Ana and Lesli, for your outstanding customer service and for showing such care and humanity. Cricket Wireless is lucky to have you both!

  Ana made the entire process so smooth, great customer service, and so efficient considering there was a long line of customers towards the end of the day.

  Just switched over to cricket and may I say they provided excellent customer service, and the prices where great. Was helped by Aneth, very kind and helpful. Gave me a deal I couldn't resist 👍. 5 stars
