  I’ve been a Cricket customer for like 5 years and the customer service I recently started getting from Cierra at this location is top tier! She knows her stuff, is so informative, and lets me know what is the best option for me no matter my question. She is always multitasking and never makes me feel like I’m a bother no matter how busy she is! I can’t wait to expand my service with her recent recommendations! I recently added a line, got a new phone, and am looking forward to an upgrade on my own phone with the upgrade plus soon… plus home internet sounds like a great option for me! I had no idea all of this was possible. Thanks Cierra.

  Location employees were very rude, seem to not want to help customers because I waited there in line for awhile before asking for help. Got attitude from the employee with a rude manner for asking questions. I was asking about the Emergency Broadcast Program was told you have to apply to get help if I was not there to pay a bill or get a phone , they had more important things to do and she walked away to the back office. There was a long line and others needed help but she seemed not care what was happening around the store. Don't wanna return there because I am a cricket customer and I didn't like the treatment or how I was being talked to. I usually go to Flagstaff location they are nice and very helpful, not this winslow location, employes are very rude to people.
