  Customer service staff were unable to cancel my cell service with Cricket. I was advised to call customer service. I did call but there was a lengthy wait and the call dropped after waiting 20 minutes. Customer Service is very poor with Cricket.

  I would advise everyone to double check anything this store does to your accounts and or phones. Upgrades never disclosed, insurance is never used instead they tell you to go upstairs and pay to get your phone fixed. A phone line my parents haven't used for years was never taken off their account and they've been paying since 2021. People who are not tech savvy and or not aware of their insurance or upgrades get taken advantage of. I will say they are very convincing and nice to your face.

  I visited this store today. Had an issue with phone all weekend kept going to emergency only calls and saying no network provider. Told the guy I had reset it and had to redownload a few things again and reset diagnostics. I Suggested maybe a new Sim card he said no.he told me he reset the phone. I know he didn't because I would have had to reinstall the theme. Waste of time to go to this store they did nothing. I left and went to 4188 e 22nd cricket and they were amazing. my Sim card was old and replaced for 10$..no issues since

  ID theft. Store failed miserably to address it. Staff abusive. ID theft continues.

  I came to resolve a problem with my account and Robert, who is the manager, kindly helped me resolve my doubts and gave me an extra discount. Thank you for your excellent customer service! Ulises also helped me a lot
