  I want to start by saying that the young lady working there, Naomi, was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, the experience changed when the manager wearing glasses began trying to upsell me. I repeatedly told him, “No, thank you,” but he continued pushing the sale. When my wife told him that we weren’t there for that, he became noticeably irritated. I observed him fidgeting with his fingers and clenching his fists, which came across as aggressive and made us uncomfortable.I understand that employees are expected to make sales, but there is a difference between being helpful and continuing to pressure a customer after they have clearly said no. His body language and demeanor made the interaction uncomfortable enough! I will not be returning.

  Nahomy C. Is very nice and has help us twice already with our razor phones. We have driven a hour just to come to this store. She is the best always does her best to solve my problem I give her 100%

  Nahomy is absolutely amazing! Had to spend a very long time in the store dealing with cricket on the phone and she helped every step of the way. Honestly if it wasn't for her I would have cancelled my account that I've have for 30 years and switched carriers. 10 stars for this lovely person 💖

  Absolute worst customer service. I didnt even get the guys name because of how upsetting this experience was but he was working the store april 1st 2026 at 6pm. Waited close to an hour to get help while associate joked around and talked to another costumer about speakers and it almost felt as if he was taking longer on purpose, then two other customers walk in and he stops what hes doing to help them completely ignoring us. And when confronted about it, he says hes helping them because they will be quick when he never even asked what wr needed or if we would be quick. Ridiculous. This guy needs to get fired. Literally joking around about selling a speaker and taking pictures of the customer to send to his group chat. Never again

  Nahomy Cruz was absolutely amazing, I was so stressed out and she went out of her way to help me with my pos phone. I was amazed at her customer service and knowledge of phones💯
