  4/12/26 I went to this cricket with my brother at about 3pm, there was a man and woman working. My brother was asking about buying a phone, the man didn’t really seem to know what he was doing so they lady took over. The man went to the back. The lady started yelling at the man about why does she need to be the one to help every customer, the man “always does that” about how she was going to tell their (I’m assuming) boss.. Then she told my brother she didn’t know the monthly amount he’d be paying and that basically doing a payment plan the $1,200 phone would be $3000+ and it’s hard to pay more then the minimum to avoid that. We left. The store was DEAD they were both on their phones when we walked in and seemed annoyed we’d be there. Weird.

  The cricket store on 16th and Ajo has to be the best cricket store in Tucson Giovanni is the absolute best he is so helpful and never forgets how he's helped you before he's just very good with customers i will always be a cricket customer if everyone's as helpful as Giovanni
