  I went in to pay my phone bill with my daughter. The cashier Karen A was texting on her phone. I waited for her to finish. She finally looked up and when I asked her if I could pay my phone bill she acted annoyed that she had to stop texting and work. The store was nice. Customer service needs improvement.

  Stephanie made our experience quick and efficient. She was helpful on the fly and got my party in and out in about 30 minutes, we really appreciated her help!

  MY wife and son went in this location to buy a iPhone, and this iPhone was defeated so we took the phone back and the told us they couldn't refund it because it was outside of the 7 days which was not mentioned to us in store. The people who work her look and so like they have no idea what there talking about... They pretty much told us we were SOL. Worst service ever and they close the store long before closing time a lot of the time. Don't go here

  Sketchy employees. Never got a call back. And no one ever answers the phone number listed on Google. Called corporate... can't find the district franchise Manager number. NO GOOD... F- ON CUSTOMER SERVICE...
