  Decent selection, iffy customer service to say the best They act like you should know where everything is. Checking out took long for one item because I’ve only having one cashier. It seems as if they’re counting on delivery.

  Best Buy would not allow me to use a shopping cart to take a large item out to my car. I’d recommend ordering from Amazon instead. Most items are delivered overnight directly to your door, which is much more convenient than driving to the store and carrying heavy items yourself.

  I check this place on a regular basis for sports trading cards because they're always restocking. I've found Topps baseball when everyone else was sold out. Hanger Boxes too. Great spot for sports cards when you don't wanna pay 25-50% more on eBay for the same item

  Would give a zero if I could. Score is based on the Geek Squad. AVOID USING THEIR SERVICES TO MOUNT TVs. Couldn’t even get 1 out of 2 correct. One is too far right, one is too far left and WAY too low. Poor communication. Poor skills. Poor everything. I spent an hour on the phone with the rep after they left to figure out how to get it right, the next day I had to go down to the physical store again to figure out how to get this corrected. A manager never even bothered to call me back. I scheduled alternate techs to come out to correct the botched jobs, they initially tried to have the same guys come out to my astonishment which clearly I declined. The guys that did come out were amazing and the only saving grace of this entire experience. Granted the techs were also being borrowed for two weeks from California which means they won’t be the normal “pros” coming into your home. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
