  Absolutely inefficient setup to deal with reserved pickup slots. Dealt with this across multiple apple stores in the US now, and none do it as badly as this place. Long lines outside in the heat with insufficient shading, some unfriendly ladies (duh, they must be stressed with the improper planning for this) who try to corral dozens of people into the store that have been waiting long past their scheduled pickup time.

  I would like to put zero stars! I have never had to wait in a line in an Apple Store this is crazy. Why would you make an appointment and not have a check in system. I personally have diabetes and this is so ridiculous. Also on top of wait time the person telling people to go was so rude!! Like at least be nice. They had to call a manager since they don’t know how to act. So disappointing for Apple!!! Do better Apple! Also only one in Tucson is crazy.

  Leaving a 1-Star review because they over booked their time slots on the new Apple iPhone 18. The line was 60-70 people at the designated time window given to me. The point of staggered arrivals is so that people do not have to wait in line for hours to get their phone. Poor customer service.

  I’ve been coming to this location since it opened and I never had any issues with their organizational skills, customer service, or professionalism. However, after multiple recent visits, I have found that they are now lacking in these key areas. Management sometimes appears to be apathetic as well. It’s a little disappointing to be honest. I have started to go to the Apple Store in Scottsdale fashion as the level of service is better. My recent visit was the last straw. One of the staff members was helping me purchase an iPad mini. Shortly afterwards the manager Martha started getting irritable with the staff member helping me and demanded that she needed to move on to other customers. We explained to Martha that the staff member was helping us complete a purchase and answering some of our questions but Martha turned around and retorted that other customers need to be helped immediately. This level of unprofessional conduct was the last straw. It is truly disappointing..when I went to the Scottsdale Fashion Apple Store it was like day and night. The staff and managers alike were cordial and helpful and completely professional. Furthermore they were extremely organized and the communication between staff members was cordial and efficient. After two decades of patronage I will not be returning to the La Encantada Apple location in the near future.

  Pésima organización con los tiempos ! Para que te agendan cita si no respetan tus horarios ! Por otro lado como llegas con un dispositivo dañado ( con garantía AppleCare ) y no tienen reemplazo ! O sea te vas sin dispositivo y te quedas sin el haya una semana o si pagas más de $100 dlls te lo mandar express (tres días ) Tuve que comprar un dispositivo nuevo y regresar en una semana por reemplazo . Pésimo !! No vas a una tienda vas a Apple donde esperas no tener ningún problema ! Me cambiaron de mesa 3 veces que para que me encontrara el especialista ! Total que una hora después de mi cita programada con días de anticipación llegó alguien sin mi dispositivo y que tenía que esperar que lo trajeran ! Terrible !!! Terrible !
