I came in on a Wednesday right at the opening at 9am. I didn't have an appointment, but I was shopping for a new MacBook laptop. The lady was very young and knowledgeable. She explained to me that she was an artist and a singer and used her macbook for recording music. She helped me understand that I did not need a PRO and an AIR would be perfect for my professional needs. I had a great experience shopping here.

I am grateful to be a caregiver as it is my heart's honor and privilege to be of good service to individuals who hope for help & assistance in regaining and retaining their independence after a life altering event occurs. After communicating with an apple associate in the genius bar, my friend was directed to sign up for a group class focusing on the accessibility features for vision loss on apple devices. Upon arrival weeks later for the class, we were greeted ever so kindly by Michael, who explained his role, kindly listened to my friend's concerns/questions, and explained the purpose for the class. He provided us with handsoff & and hands-on options & insights to assist my friend in her daily task as an individual using an apple device with vision loss. He explained how, in the future, with more intuitive updates made to the Siri features, many improvements will enable Siri to better help its end users. Overall, I am grateful to God as an android device user to be able to help my friend with an apple device navigateand understand what is capable on their apple device. Thank you, Michael, for all of your help, consideration, honesty, & service. I highly recommend a visit to the official Apple location in the LA Encantada Mall in Tucson, Arizona, to any & all individuals who seek to better enhance their apple products experience.

This is hands-down one of the worst-run Apple Stores I’ve dealt with. I scheduled an appointment for a simple screen repair, took an afternoon off work, and showed up on time—only to be told they didn’t have technicians available to actually fix the phone. No real apology, no ownership, just “come back another time.”
I gave them a second chance and wasted yet another afternoon for the same issue. Two appointments, same repair, and they still couldn’t get it done. The entire process feels disorganized, indifferent, and completely disconnected from the idea that customers’ time has value.
If your “appointment” system doesn’t guarantee that a technician will be there to do the work you booked, it’s worthless. This store comes off as unprofessional, poorly staffed, and totally uninterested in providing competent service. I expect a lot more from Apple, and this location fails across the board.

I visited the Apple Store regarding a replacement AirPods case that had noticeable lid movement and a clicking sound. The employee told me this was normal behavior, but when they brought out another replacement case, that case did not make the same clicking sound and felt noticeably more solid.
What frustrated me most was that I was repeatedly asked how they could help, yet no meaningful effort was made to actually remedy the situation. Instead, I was essentially told that what I was experiencing was normal, despite being shown a case that behaved differently.
After spending approximately four hours of my time dealing with appointments, travel, and the replacement process, I left feeling that my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. When customers purchase AppleCare, the expectation is that issues will be resolved efficiently and professionally. In this case, I spent significant time and money only to leave with the same concern I arrived with.
Based on this experience, AppleCare has felt more like a waste of time and money than a benefit. While I understand defects and warranty issues can happen, I expected a better effort to make things right, especially after receiving a replacement device that appeared to have its own issues.
Overall, I am disappointed with how this situation was handled and believe Apple should do more to support customers when replacement products do not meet expectations.

The website is not specific on appointment by online or walk in and today I was treated as if I was not a valued customer. I walked in around 1245. Made an appointment to get help with my iPad and was told I needed to wait until 150 for the next available appointment. I scheduled it and came back at 145 and waited until about 215 to be helped and only bc I asked for when I would be next. The guy sarcastically said “you are just a walk in and our appointments come first” assuming I didn’t know that appointments take priority. What I was having trouble understanding is if we are all valued customers, why isn’t the walk in appointment treated the same as a scheduled appointment. Also should be specified that your walk in appointment does not mean you will be seen at that time bc you are a walk in. He was extremely rude and kept pushing to show me how to scheduled an appointment as if I HAD to go that. Apparently the guy helping was Garret the Manager. GREAT JOB, GARRET. 👏
