  It's great, the data Is better than before and the survice is much better at there job and taking real great care for the customers. Kisha is a great sale representative.

  Today I went to the local cricket wireless inquiring on services and I had bad customer services experience. I did not get the name of the sales rep nor was she wearing a name tag! So at the time of arrival one sale rep was on floor assisting a customer. We walked and she acknowledged us by responding “ we will be with you”. We looked around in the store waiting to be served, few minutes passed, the door in the back opened and another sales rep came out went straight behind the counter, inserting paper to the shredder, minutes passed and not being acknowledged. She says “ so who was here first” another customer was also in the store and she pointed to us. Sales rep approach us by the display counter, we informed her of what we wanted and immediately she tells this how much you will pay. Immediately, I noticed her body language indicating that she did want to serves us. Though out our conversation she showed no interest in setting us up. We explained to her that we would like to use our cell phone that we currently have and would like to import our numbers. She walked back to her work station and stated importing a number takes up 1 to 2 hours and she respond we close at 7pm and the time 6:20pm and you have to provide a code and account number to T- mobile. By this time she was really displaying that she was pushing us out the door. So, we kindly ask her to write down the information for porting in numbers and I was tolerating the attitude and I was really upset on how she was talking to us. So I advised her to write down her supervisor contact number and she questioned me why I need her number. I told her because I will not tolerate you treating us like this that this is bad customer services. She stated that she didn’t need to provide me with her supervisor’s number because she was the store manager. I told her I want to speak to your supervisor and she responded she’s having a baby in Phoenix. She told us to leave the store and go to another cricket store in Winslow, Flagstaff or Phoenix. I did not noticed no sign in the store indicating they have the right to refuse services, by this time the other rep intervened and explained you can look up the contact information for the supervisor on Spacetel website. She apologized on her co-workers behalf for the bad service that was provided to us. I feel she is not the right person for this position, if she treated us this way she will tend to treat more customers that way.
