  If you have a prescription through Chewy, DO NOT USE THIS HOSPITAL. They REFUSE to even make ONE phone call to chewy to fix a discrepancy with the dosage and made it very clear they wanted me to go back and forth between both companies. I knew from the jump they “couldn’t” send the prescription themselves, but not even a phone call to fix the issue? Cool. If you like being the middle person, then this is the place for you :))))

  We were trying to get our girl vaccinations and had a previous traumatic experience at petco. We then came to VCA and I can’t say enough about Dr.Stormy, the tech and the front desk. I should have gotten their names. They were so caring and patient with our girl, she is extremely reactive and scared at the vet. Dr. Stormy even said she loves the fiesty girls. 😂 This appt could not have gone any better. They are awesome and took so much time making Stella comfortable. I highly recommend especially if your baby is reactive or aggressive. This was such a great experience.

  Felt complete confidence leaving by 10 year old golden in the care of Dr. Rudolph and staff at this hospital for acute onset lameness. Couldn't be more appreciative of the care they provided! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

  Been waiting a week for an opening to have my appointment canceled. It was not communicated to me over the phone when I made the appointment that there was a confirmation policy. I was under the impression that once I made the appointment it was set but got a text the day before requesting a confirmation or my appointment would be canceled. I received a message from them two days before the appointment instructing me to send records I already had and that did not speak to this policy so again, I thought things were fine. I missed a message again today cancelling it because I did not confirm in time. I also work weekends and cannot prioritize texts. I’m understanding of policies I’m informed of beforehand. I was not told to look out for any messages or that there was such a requirement after setting my appointment initially to secure a spot I believed was already in place the day I called. Additional confirmation has not been common place in my personal experience scheduling vet care. It is also not listed on their site as I set a new appointment I will cancel myself to make sure I did not make the error of missing this condition on my end. Clients should have all the information and rules communicated before provided a consequence they were unaware of or agreed to. Now I have to find somewhere else to take my baby to after waiting but that is probably for the best.
