  Very disappointing experience. The front desk staff was consistently unwelcoming. I brought my kitten here for his first exam after adopting him from the Humane Society, but no bloodwork was done. I also brought him in for excessive eye discharge and anal gland issues, but they never took any samples of her eye or nasal discharge for testing and simply prescribed medication. After taking my cat to another vet, I realized how much more thorough his care could have been. I personally did not feel confident in the care my kitten received here and will not be coming back.

  My dog was really relaxed during this visit. No shaking or anything. Just a normal checkup on my my nottweiler.

  Hi and thank you for taking care of pets in general. The front desk and tech were super nice. I visited your place because of the add for a free checkup and free parasite dose. And free overall care. I was a little disappointed on the vet though. The add says full check from head to paw but he really didn’t check anything and proceed to tell the tech to give me an estimate for his allergies and ear wash. He never looked into his ears and checked anything with his body. I had to ask the tech for him to come back and do a better check up. I am surprised that they didn’t want a stool sample or do blood work to rule out heart worm and anything else with my pup. They did give me an estimate to remove a small lump on his side ($2800.00) which they recommended of course. I hoped to find a vet that truly cared about my pup’s health and concern and not give me overpriced quotes for vet care.

  The office was able to get our pup in same day! She was diagnosed and treatment provided. Staff and vet were very caring. Thank you!

  They took such good care of us and our new kitten. Checkup was free after adopting her at Arizona Humane. Team was so helpful and friendly. Thank you all, from us and Amethyst!
