  I try to keep my reviews positive, so i'm going to limit what I have to say. a) if anybody answered the phone i could have saved a trip b) if they honored the scheduled appointments i could have saved 30 more minutes c) if they knew anything about what they're doing, i could have had a really quick answer d) if they hired normal people i wouldn't have felt like i was first ignored and then eventually dealing with somebody who maybe literally was seeing a computer for the first time. In the end, I left with no resolution and a reminder that geek squad is a joke and is a good reason not to buy a computer from Best Buy in the future.

  No Service Pre Ordered Samsung Galaxy and was Advised a Case with Purchase General Manager Russ Hufstader Blaimed Me for what Associate Carlos told Me about getting a Case Full Refund Will Never visit this Best Buy ever again I can See in other reviews this Best Buy is Not Recommended and I Agree Blaiming Customers is This Best Buys Practice

  We had a new TV delivered and installed by Damian Galvan and Sam Clements. They were both so kind, professional and helpful I needed to get their names. They could not have been better.
