  This specific Cricket store is the bomb! I absolutely loved the customer service that I experienced. I had a relationship with metro pcs for like 2-3 years, and like many relationships, it was all good in the beginning. Until, the issues, failure to communicate, and lack of appreciation began to manifest. I don't like companies or corporations to rob me or make my already hectic life more difficult, so I'll gladly pay cricket for making this process a "no hassle." I would like mention Jocelyn and Karen as the two awesome and super cool girls that hooked me up with my new iphone. I never felt pressured, rushed, or like games were being played. They were straight up, which I like. Oh and they definitely went the extra mile in everything they did. Totally deserve raises or whatever incentives cricket gives. I am now a happy and loyal customer, won't even look at Metro! Anyway, thank you ladies for your awesome customer service!!!!

  I have called this store numerous times and have never received a call back. One time a very nice girl answered while I was leaving a message. She explained what I needed to do but I was going to need assistants. She said she would contact me the next morning. It never happened. That was the day before yesterday. I called yesterday twice and again just a few minutes ago with no answer again. This is the store where my phone was purchased at. I'm very upset. 10 calls to customer service and I got 10 different answers. Help!!!!!
