Can’t say enough bad things about the Verizon customer service here. They told me I could buy my new phone and transfer everything when I got home. I was on call covering 11 hospitals and as soon as I purchased the phone my phone went into SOS mode. I was then having to use a backup phone with no saved contacts or information to communicate with hospital physicians and staff for emergent cases. I worked the rest of the night in several hospitals that did not have good enough WiFi to complete the transfer so I was totally left hanging dry. He did not know how to fix the issue.
I forgot to mention this took over 2 hours because he was trying to do both my phone and my wife’s. Thank god he couldn’t figure out my wife’s account because he would have deleted her phone too and she would have been stuck at home with 3 kids and no usable phone.
I went to another Best Buy the next day with my wife’s phone and we were in and out in 9 minutes. 9 minutes. I literally timed this. And they were clear as day that as soon as we paid our phones were not usable until we got home or were on WiFi.
Oh I almost forgot to mention. He also somehow messed up the promotion and made my phone worth $135 on trade in instead of $830. So I spent another day calling Verizon customer service to get this figured out.
I’ll never step foot in this facility again.

Brought my laptop in for an ASUS warranty repair after ASUS specifically directed me to use Best Buy as the intake point. The experience was disappointing from start to finish.
What went wrong:
• Without notifying or asking me, Geek Squad shipped my laptop to a service center in Kentucky. When I asked, the only explanation given was "ASUS wanted it."
• The repair took about a month. When I got the pickup notification and arrived, my laptop was returned WITHOUT the original box I had handed in at drop-off. I told the manager this box had personal value to me, and the response was dismissive.
• The actual issues weren't resolved. The speaker problem I originally reported sounds identical to before — I have side-by-side recordings.
• At pickup, I was pressured to sign a form stating the service was satisfactory, though it was not.
• The paperwork also listed "additional issues" with the device that I never reported, and that weren't there before drop-off, which feels like protection against future warranty claims rather than honest documentation.
If you have a device under warranty, I'd strongly recommend shipping it directly to the manufacturer rather than using this location as a middleman.

I cannot believe the service I just got from these two gentlemen. They both ignored the fact that I took way too long in the store for how close it was to closing time. Alex talked me through how to properly choose a laptop that’s gonna get me through my job. Swarmi helped me decide between the two I chose. And then they made sure I had HELLA fun while doing it. Swarmi and Alex, you guys are awesome!! Keep it up. Idk what I’ll be back for, but they just guaranteed I’ll be back eventually, haha.
