  Great location. No stress from parking space. Customer service is outstanding. I must say that there is no waiting time for service and for an attentive conversation about the options available in terms of Apple products. I got informed answers to my questions. If you finally decide to leave the Apple store, you may want to check out the inviting shopping outlet. Of course, I would take my date to the Apple store, walk around the outlet, followed by a great dinner in one of the restaurants next door.

  Terrible service. Nothing in stock. Can’t help you with any advice or repairs in a reasonable time frame. Couldn’t even provide decent alternatives to make my life easier. Go to Amazon to buy or other companies for repair.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing. I trusted Apple with my MacBook Pro because I believed it would receive the highest level of service. Although the computer was older, it contained over $15,000 worth of professional software and years of irreplaceable work. During the repair process, my Mac was erased, and I permanently lost a significant amount of data. While I understand that repairs can sometimes require reinstalling software, losing so much of my work was devastating. In March 2024, I paid over $500 for a logic board replacement at this store. After the repair, the Mac did work, but it was never the same. It became noticeably slow and choppy, and over time the exact same issue returned. Now the displays randomly go black, making the computer unreliable and leaving me unable to access important projects that I depend on. What makes this especially frustrating is that I paid for a major hardware repair expecting it to last for years. Instead, only about two years later I’m dealing with what appears to be another failed logic board. A repair of this magnitude should not fail this quickly. I chose Apple because of its reputation for quality and reliability. I’m asking Apple Corporate to review my case and stand behind the quality of this repair. I have the original repair receipt and hope Apple will make this right. As someone who has invested heavily in Apple’s ecosystem, this experience has been extremely disappointing, and I hope no other customer has to go through the same situation.

  Would not recommend at all, traded in an iPhone in December and they never sent it back to AT&T not sure if the associate kept it for her self or what. And after many attempts to get to speak to a manager, I’m still out of luck. Maybe this will get them to email or call me back

  The only reason I don’t give this a 1 star is because everyone is still very polite. I pay monthly for Apple Care and my camera went out. I waited about 2 hours, the first time, which is to be expected. They said they didn’t have the part in but they would text me when it arrived. Well, apparently text means they will call you. I don’t answer numbers that don’t disclose ID so I didn’t answer and a few days later I find out that they called and left a short message. They said the part was in and I had 5 days to come back in before the sent the part back. I happen to be on vacation when they called and the earliest I would get back was 7 days.. but they said that when I came back that I wouldn’t have to wait at all and that I would be bumped to the front of the line. So I go back in yesterday and once again they have me waiting an hour and a half, so long that by the time they get to me, I don’t have time to drop the phone off for them to fix because it would be another 2 hours. . They then promise me that when I come in again and they would make sure I could just drop off the phone and leave. So I go in today with my 8 year old non verbal autistic child thinking it will be a quick hand off and again I’m there for 45 minutes. I finally grab someone because I see people that got there after me getting helped. I voice my frustration to an employee there. She says she will get someone right out to help me and I wait another 20 minutes no one comes out. So I just left. What is frustrating is they keep telling me that I wouldn’t have to wait when I came back in to drop the phone off, which make sense to me as I will be forced to wait an additional 2 hours while they replace the camera. But every time it’s the exact same thing. Again, they are always professional and nice, but they need to quit telling people that they won’t have to wait when they come back in because it’s simply not true.
