  Nice people but the service is lacking. Don't tell a customer that their iPhone is working like normal when you didn't bother to reset the date and time and all of the other buttons that need attention after the iPhone was opened. I brought my iPhone in for a new battery since I noticed it was draining. They claim to have installed a new battery, but could not verify the battery saying that something was up with the left side buttons. All of my buttons were working fine up until this point. Now my volume slider is missing, the Siri icon pops up when any side button is pressed and I cannot reboot my iPhone from the side buttons. Yes, I know it's an old iPhone 11pro, but it has worked just fine. I don't drop my iPhone and I always use it with a case (there's not a scratch on it!). This is so frustrating. I've been dealing with this for last 5 hours, the last 2 have been on with customer support. Now I'm told it's under warranty for this repair and I need to take it back into this same store. Heaven help me. Buyer beware!

  I get that Apple is busy and has high demand but it’s their job to set the expectations for their customers. Telling people things will be ready and then having them wait for 45 minutes is disrespectful of peoples time. They seem to be very good at this, but not taking care of their customers.

  The most unhelpful manager and staff experience I have ever encountered. My iPhone was still functioning when I arrived at the Apple Store, but after spending over two and a half hours there, I left without a working phone and later discovered that my data had been erased as well. What was most frustrating was the lack of transparency and accountability throughout the process. The weird thing was that Nikki tried to upsell me to the newest version of the iPhone when mine was working well just a couple days ago. After I realized the following day that my data was gone, manager Trent began explaining all the different ways I “could have” backed up my data — only after technician Nikki had already erased the device. The other issue is that he kept going back and forth between different customers. It was an extremely frustrating and confusing experience. At no point did I feel the risks were clearly communicated in a meaningful way before proceeding with a software update. Given how important personal data is — including photos, messages, notes, and work-related information — I expected far more care, professionalism, and communication from Apple staff. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and unsupported after losing both access to my phone and potentially a year of unsynced data.

  This review is for the Genius Bar. I had a rather complicated MacBook repair experience that was very stressful. A man named Wooster helped me out and saved me from my plight. He handled my situation professionally and with a tactful calmness. It is not always fun to visit the Apple Store when you’re having a device issue, but they went above and beyond today and made me feel like a valued customer.

  There is no customer service. I was there looking at Mac’s for about 5 minutes. There were plenty of Apple customer service people there who were talking to each other but obviously not helping customers. This isn’t the Apple Store I remember
