  I’ve literally had the worst phone buying experience that I’ve ever had my entire life! I bought the new iPhone 18 Pro Max and I traded in the 17 Pro Max. The Apple Associates that helped me with the trade-in told me that I did not need to keep my old phone on to validate anything and the service and everything else would activate automatically from the backup and iCloud transfer. It did not work! In fact, no one in the Apple Store could get my phone to activate or download the cloud to my phone. My virtual car key is on my phone, So, after spending three hours in the Apple Store, I had to take an Uber to the T-Mobile store down the street so that they could activate my phone, which also took two hours, because they were having trouble authenticating my Sim transfer to the new phone. A full day later, I still cannot access certain apps because they are not working on my new phone! I was misled by the Apple Associates in this store. I Even asked several times, do I need to keep my old phone on until my new phone is active, they stated no. I think they were just in a hurry to hurry up and take my trade in and put it in the back or whatever they do with it. After T-Mobile finally got my phone working, I had to take an Uber back to the Apple store so I could get in my vehicle and drive home! Be very careful when you go to the store because the associates are not knowledgeable enough when it comes to transferring apps and activation from trade-ins to new phones.

  Fernando was wonderful. He was incredibly attentive and made sure everyone was taken care of, even while helping a ton of people with their repairs and issues at once. He was kind, accommodating, and consistently went out of his way to make sure I, and everyone else had everything we needed. His level of service really stood out and made the experience that much better. Thanks Fernando!

  This is my wife today waiting for help while three store employees “catch up”. Buy a different brand.

  Make sure you do your research before you come in here. Good customer service but the prices are a rip off! There are much better ways to trade in and buy Apple products! I would make this my last resort. I lost $450 by thiking it would be better service.
