- PPPrince2 days ago1.0Went in trying to do a trade in for the new iPhone well before they closed and they denied me service. Said it wasn’t enough time to transfer when there was still plenty of people in the store. One older women and one younger lady.

What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if I’m still expected to wait that long? The whole purpose of an appointment is to be seen at the scheduled time.
- AEAsher ElranSep 5, 20261.0I purchased a MacBook Pro just four months ago for over $3000, and the screen failed. Apple will repair it, but once these units are opened, they are never quite the same. To access the screen, a significant portion of the internal components needs to be removed. Unfortunately, the disappointing part of this experience is not just the decline in product quality, but also the customer service. Jose, the rep who attended us, opposed nearly every concern we raised and made dismissive remarks in an effort to prove us wrong. Rather than being helpful or trying to understand our frustration, his attitude only made the experience worse. No apology will change the fact that over the years we have seen the build quality of these machines decline and we have been Apple customers since 2008. It is not surprising to me that this location currently has a 3.7 star rating on Google. Based on our experience, unfortunately, they lived up to that rating.
