  I had a very disappointing experience at this Apple Store. From the moment we arrived, we felt ignored. We had to wait a long time before anyone acknowledged us, and even then, the customer service was poor. Most of the employees seemed uninterested in helping us and acted like assisting customers was a burden. When we finally got help, the employee showed very little effort to explain the products or present different options. We felt rushed, and our questions were answered with minimal interest. Instead of receiving the level of service Apple is known for, we left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a retail store. I sincerely hope Apple addresses these issues, because customers deserve to be treated with respect and receive the assistance they came for.

  My visit was pretty interesting here. I don’t recommend this store. I rode my motorcycle all the way from Phoenix to the store. There’s not one in Phoenix anywhere the staff was very weird. There was some lady doing some presentation with zero people listening. The sales guy was very strange and I don’t recommend the store in anyway anyways it was a complete waste of an afternoon.

  The girl with the pink hair treated me terribly. I arrived at 7:45 to pick up a phone I had already purchased, well before closing. She never once turned around to face me and kept her back toward me the entire time. Every question I asked was answered with a rude, dismissive attitude. She also looked me up and down in a way that made me feel judged and looked down on, as if I wasn’t worthy of basic respect. No customer should ever be treated this way. It was one of the most disrespectful customer service experiences I’ve had, and I hope management addresses it.

  I wanted to recognize Jade for her stellar customer service. From the moment she started helping me, Jade was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in resolving my issue. Even when her coworkers became busy assisting other customers, she stepped in immediately to make sure my repair stayed on track and that I received my computer back within the timeframe she had promised. She took the time to walk me through the issues I was experiencing, helped me identify what was taking up storage on my laptop, and showed me practical ways to free up space and improve its performance. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all of my questions were answered. Jade is an excellent supervisor who clearly leads by example. Her professionalism, initiative, and commitment to customer service made what could have been a stressful situation a very positive experience. Thank you, Jade, for all of your help!

  Trash!!!! For a leading tech company very shocked that they don’t have better processes established. My pro15 battery needs replacement per iPhone diagnostics. Great, I follow the prompts and and schedule an appointment first at Best Buy for replacement as they had a sooner appointment. I get there and they tell me that first I need to turn off “stolen device protection” since I’m at Best Buy and not at an Apple Store. Of course Apple doesn’t give you that disclaimer when scheduling at authorized dealers that this nifty feature needs to be turned off first. The best part of course is there is a delay built in by Apple that when you want to turn off this feature it will be 60 mins! Wouldn’t it be nice to know this prior to arriving at a scheduled appointment? You would think a tech company like Apple would put this disclaimer when scheduling? Of course I couldn’t wait an hour for the device protection to be turned off so I left. I then scheduled an appointment at this location at 5:40pm. Check in, then told they need to run diagnostics, even though the phone preemptively lets you do that before going in to save time, whatever doesn’t take long. Then I’m told they need to confirm they have the part in stock AND if they do, also IF they have time to do it today otherwise I would need to come back. So tell me this, why then schedule an appointment and waste my time? Wouldn’t you think that a company like Apple would develop a simple system to check their stock against the device/ item I’m scheduling service for is available ? Also why would I schedule an appointment for service at 5:40 to then be told they won’t have time to do it today before closing at 8pm??? WASTE OF TIME!
