- SSShawn4 days ago1.0I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is the definition over over promising and under delivering. I was told my phone repair would be 3-5 days max by their rep. I am on week 4 now of not having a phone. I get nothing but excuses every single time I call in with no real solutions or real time frames on when this can be completed. This store/experience alone has completely shifted my view of apple. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
