My family and I use this office for our Great Danes ! I am so grateful and appreciative of the staff at this office ! They don’t fall short from being very generous and loving to our fur babies. They all do the best they can to help us with what we need in a costly manner also ! I recently had to call them for an emergency situation with my ferret and thanks to Kaylee’s nurturing demeanor They got me in very quickly And brought my fur baby back to health. It’s really hard to find places around here that actually just have a compassion for your animals and understand that it’s also expensive and they try to help in every way they can! Thanks guys !

My husband and I want to thank everyone who took amazing care of our 15 year old kitty. Dr. Z Dr Katie and others you saved his life which gave us 3 more years with him. You made our goodby visit today very comfortable. Until next time God Bless you all. Madonna Robert Gromacki. 5 star rating.

Wow! I can't say enough in a review to tell you how much we appreciate this VCA Animal Hospital. We had major concerns over cost, for my mother who's on a fixed income. Her dog wasn't feeling well. They scheduled us right away for a 100% free 1st time appointment. And thankfully they did, her dog was suffering from a long time UTI! The meds where ready for pick up quickly, they explained everything easily in detail. And they where not as expensive as we feared. . . Actually, I wish we would have called sooner! If you need a veterinarian in the Prescott area, don't wait. Call VCA THUMB BUTTE

New to the area and not liking what many veterniary clinics have turned into I was about to get in my car and head to Scottsdale to take Leo to our old vet cuz I couldn't find a single vet in cottonwood or Prescott I'd trust my best friends lives with. .( I do my research ) And my uncles a vet but in another state so I have a pretty good reference point. Anyways. . I found thumb butte liked what I found out about them in my research and made Leo's appt . It was a great appointment. .. not because my dogs cured and all well. No. sadly Leo's not all well. He's got a heart problem . I may or may not be able to afford to treat . But he's got a doctor up here now I trust with his life and quality of life. I won't take my best friend to any of these vets who put dollars before all else. This vet and her staff put Everything else first . The exam . My 100 questions , my finances , his diet , his exercise, his nails, what vaccines. NOT. To give him cuz of his heart , ......... their time all came first . Without them asking me for any money . I'm not friends with thesevpeople I don't them from Adam. and I don't have a side gig writing fake good reviews . But This is the least I can do for a veterinary practice unlike every other around that other pet owners would be relieved to find out about . And I hope the woman who had a horrible experience with a vet in cottonwood and wrote about it comes across my review about thumb butte . It's cuz her review and that vets response to her. That I decided not to take my Leo to that cottonwood vet but found thumb butte and took my Leo here. Thank God . Might be a bit of a drive to get to this vet for her. Me too. But if she's like me it's worth it. THUMBS UP. FOR THUMB BUTTE THANK YOU !
