I originally scheduled a first-time appointment for my dog for allergies, a skin infection, and a wellness exam. Unfortunately, this clinic rescheduled her appointment three different times, and then later tried to rescheduled her follow-up visit as well. After that, I decided to take my dog elsewhere due to the disorganization. The new vet informed me that she still had an active skin infection requiring at least two weeks of antibiotics (after she was only prescribed 10 days worth here) and also found a broken tooth that was never mentioned during her exam here. Very disappointed with the overall experience and lack of thoroughness.

Don't show that you are very concerned about your very sick pet by asking them a lot of questions like I did, because they will cut you right off while you are talking, and they will get frustrated, then will accuse you of not trusting them, and then discontinue all services with you! They did this to me! I had numerous visits with this place in 6 weeks, exams, testing, treatment, xrays, etc...different vets. My dog is now sicker than he was to begin with. He's only 3, has an awful chronic gagging cough every time he even moves...and they dismiss it as allergies and prescribed meds that don't help. Now he still has this constant chronic gagging cough, but he is vomiting too. They suddenly cancelled my monthly pay "Care Club" for 55.00 a month that my dog belonged to that covered some of his care, and discontinued all services for him. Now they are going back retro and charging me full price on all the past care that he had with Care Club saying that I now will owe them an additional 600.00? Yeah, good luck with that. ( I just paid them 700.00 a couple weeks ago for a chest x-ray that was not included in the plan) And THEY are the ones that cancelled his care plan, not me! Very cruel to discontinue his care when he is not even well, just because they don't like the owner's overly concerned demeanor. Wow- I just love my dog, and he is my life! What vet would not understand that? I have been told tonight to take legal action against this place. They lied about me, and exaggerated statements I have made. What a bunch of heartless veterinarians. Shame on them. What a horrible thing to do to my dog, that they obviously never cared about. Oh-and the receptionist Sandy is extremely rude.

I made an appt ahead of time and went in at 5pm. I was happy to see there is a separate entrance for cats and dogs, so my cat didn't have to have a heart attack on his way in the door. There was minimal wait time, which was a relief after my previous vet experience and even in the back rooms, there was rarely more than a few minutes between the vets checking in or communicating with me. The exam was a little over $80, a cats stool sampling was a little over $100, and had a vaccination done for $50. overall, I was impressed and happy with the service provided and will definitely be a regular here at the vet (Well, hopefully not a regular. But you know what I mean)

Awesome veterinary practice! Very efficient and amazing veterinarians and they really care!! I have three giant breed dogs - a senior, a puppy and an ill dog - and each one was treated carefully and thoughtfully. They also showed respect and kindness towards me.
