  Dr. Ansems was incredibly patient, helpful, and accommodating with my dog, Marley. I was really worried about getting him the care he needed because of his anxiety and lack of cooperation, but she handled everything with such understanding and compassion. She took the time to work with him and created a treatment plan that fits his needs. I’m so relieved and grateful that Marley can now be on the path to better health and comfort. Highly recommend!

  Absolutely horrendous behavior from the receptionist, Mary. Called to ask about getting medications prescribed for my dog and instead of being remotely helpful, she very rudely questioned whether or not I have ever visited a VCA before. She then said she would "help me by looking up the date that I visited" only to proceed to hang up on me. Then, when I called back, I heard her pick up the phone and immediately hang up again. Called back a third time to ask to speak to anyone in charge and she refused to do so. She kept asking if there was any way she could help me, after hanging up on me twice. So, I said "You already hung up on me, so unless you can put me through to someone that can actually help.. I want to talk to someone in charge." to which she denied ever hanging up on me and started coming up with excuses. So, naturally, I hung up on her and began writing my review. Unbelievably horrible customer service. Get a new job if you hate yours that much.

  Your pet will love them and their monthly membership. They do make it better for our pets. No charge for office fees ever with membership.

  My two puppies contracted parvo they were seen here at this clinic. I can't tell you how extremely helpful friendly The entire staff was I don't think my dogs would have survived without this hospital working with me. I was trying to make 2 dogs better and they worked with me. They helped me. They didn't turn me away and say good luck. They did everything in their power to help me make sure that I could get the care that I could afford. And get these puppies better. They would not have survived without them.I truly appreciate everything that they did for our puppies and our family.
