  I called this service center after contacting Dyson support because I was repairing a Dyson HP04 Air Purifier/Hot+Cold fan for my mom. I spoke with Abby over the phone and she was very friendly, knew the right questions to ask and knew exactly what part I was looking for. She said she had some on hand. She offered that I can either bring the fan in and they'd put it back together for me or she can send the part to me since I do live a bit of a ways away. I chose the latter. It arrived the very next day and I'm happy to say the fan is back together and works like brand new. This was genuinely stellar service. Thanks from both me and my mom, Abby!

  To the person who did the previous post, MICHELE, I had to drive an hour and a half to come to the service center and yes, it would be amazing if there was one located closer to SEDONA. That being said, I could not have been more pleased or impressed with the staff at The Dyson Service Center. They were friendly, they were knowledgeable. They handled everybody that was there looking for help with ease and kindness, and they were quick about it. After only using Dyson vacuums for the past 25 years, this was the first time I ever needed to take my Dyson to have it looked at. I’m not sure if that’s just a difference between how they used to build them and what they do now. However, there was really nothing wrong with my vacuum, it had just had some fur balls in some places that were not visible with the naked eye. They taught me what to do in the future to avoid this happening, all with a smile. Customer Service of this caliber is hard to come by these days and so it made it refreshing and a lot easier to swallow the long drive. Hands-down stellar Service!! To the fellow with, the accent from somewhere down under and 200 pounds of Golden at home an extra shout out and thank you. You truly went above and beyond. All the best and please keep up the great work. It truly does make Dyson an even better option to invest in.
