If customers are struggling to shop in those conditions, I can't imagine how the employees feel working entire shifts. Families shop here too, including parents with babies and young children, and no one should have to be exposed to that kind of heat just to run errands. This needs to be addressed immediately. A business should provide a safe and comfortable environment for both its employees and its customers. Management should be ashamed of allowing employees and customers to endure these conditions. No one should have to work or shop in a store that feels like an oven simply because basic maintenance was ignored.
