  If I could give zero to negative, I would. No wonder this place is usually empty, it seems they don’t want people coming into the store the way they’re so unprofessional. Went in due to phone problems, at 4 pm on 8/25/2025. The young lady greets us as she is engaged and focused with her phone, she asked us what is wrong I explained the situation and she continued to have her full attention on her phone. I asked are you looking up our account? Knowing she was not, as she put her phone away she was playing a game on it the whole time. Said we only had 7 day of warranty even though was told otherwise when phone was bought. She was not interested in helping and I tried to ask questions or figure out a resolution. I felt I was trying to do her job for her. Like I said seems they are bothered to have people come into their store. Seriously thinking of going to another provider and this store disappoints me every time. The one on 43rd and McDowell is a bit further, but better customer service.
