  It says this place is open at 10AM not 9am . Now I'm here bored might just travel to snore place by the time another spot will be open . So inconvenient for the hours to be different online and in person .

  Today my customer service person was Yesenia. Upon entering the cricket store, I was assisted by a her as she skillfully navigated my new phone, which I had just purchased to back up all my vital records, including data, phone numbers, contacts, and pictures including apps I use on a regular basis. Her performance was truly commendable, and I am thoroughly impressed by her professionalism. I would highly recommend this Cricket store location to anyone. My cell phone is functioning excellently, and I feel that I received a fantastic deal. Thank you for employing such a technologically skilled and wonderful staff member, such as Yesania
