  Got my phone and although it it was a little over priced. I haven't had any problems with the service.

  They are so rude and not helpful at all. They were yelling to the point of making a customer cry, I was told. They couldn't help me with my phone problem, and I went to another Cricket store, where they were able to fix it. Honestly, any other location is better than here.

  Terrible service... I needed help transferring service to a new phone I got for Christmas the woman behind the counter said they couldn't help, didn't even try just said I would have to go to where I bought the phone... I should've known better the person she was helping before me received the same treatment... Horrible place horrible service and horrible people..
