Cricket wireless is useless. Crappie cell phone service provider in the nation. Horrible customer service, unwillingness to help customers, crappy phones. Do yourself a favor, go to straight talk or any other provider

Representative didn't even speak English and had to call for a translator. Uber driver stole my phone and this store wasn't willing to help at all. Extremely poor customer service

Juan was unable to provide me a solution to my problem Still happy with the interaction.. He took the time to make sure there wasn't anything else left unsaid that may be useful to me. I often find carrier store employees unwilling to give out info that could result in a no sale situation. Instead homie just gave me all information I asked and displayed a stellar balance of friendly and down to business. Give this man your business if you use cricket! THANKS JUAN!
