- MDMike DougMar 12, 20261.0I went into this Cricket location in Phoenix just to ask a few basic questions, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The manager, Rosy, was completely dismissive the entire time. No matter what I was saying, she kept talking to me in a very disrespectful and disregarding way, almost like she was playing some kind of game instead of actually trying to help a customer. From my experience, when someone handles a situation like that, it often feels like they believe you won’t hold them accountable. That’s not how customers should be treated when they walk into a business simply looking for assistance. Go here if you trying to do cardio.

- JJJamesMay 31, 20255.0The girls at this location are great. Since I changed to Cricket as my provider, they have helped whenever they can. Rosy is the best. When my phone stopped working shortly after I got it, she worked and got it warrantied, and got me another phone. Everything I go in, I am greeted with warm smiles and cheery attitudes. I truly belive I made the right move by changing my provider, and mainly working with the girls at this store. 5 stars is not a high enough rating for them.
