- AAAlexis2 days ago1.0I don't recommend coming to this location. I arrive and the manager with the yellow shirt is sitting watching what sounded like a movie, eating a snack, and reading a book. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw her doing the process with her dirty hands. The ladies there make sure to sell you accessories even though you don't want them. I went in to upgrade my phone and got quoted that the price of the phone is $210 and the accessories are free included with the phone for being with cricket for more than a year. When I get to my car to check the receipt I saw I paid for the accessories. The phone was WAY cheaper than $210, but they added the accessories. On top of that I was told that the $8 insurance is required, but I later found out on the cricket website that it is NOT required. When I went in store to take it off, they were unable to due to the fact that the manager put the insurance on my plan already. I had to pay 3 months for my insurance that I never wanted in the first place. I do not recommend coming here I say try a different location or carrier.
