I found their exchange policy sucks too. That's why I only go here once a year. I did have a good experience at the Arrowhead Best Buy, last week.

Needless to say it, in fact, was not a quick run. There's a customer service desk for a reason, atleast I thought. Please be mindful folks don't have all day to wait around, cause you nearly let over 400.00 walk out due to the wait.

The manager Maurice allows this behavior from his employees and lacks zero customer service skills. Sad and no wonder BB is going under.
