I called this location yesterday and spoke to Tyrell, who was very helpful with his knowledge. Today I came to purchase a phone and arrived at 12:29pm. The door was locked and said they were on break from 11:30-12. I called the store twice to see if someone would answer so I could purchase the phone and no one did. So I guess their hour break (30 minutes longer than posted on the door at this point) was more important than their customers.

I went in earlier and personally I had a good experience the girl there was very sweet kind and helpful. There was an older couple being helped by the male rep there. Once they left the male rep had some nasty things to say about them they were elderly and American and he was saying some racially discriminatory things about them they weren’t there to hear it but still not very kind or professional in my opinion.

My experience with this Cricket location has always been awesome. The girls here are very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. And by patient I mean they take the extra time to troubleshoot an issue AND implement the solution. That's what happened tonight making this night a success. Thank you. Update - This Cricket Store remaining 5 stars!!! Had to come in today because we couldn't figure out why my son's phone couldn't get a data connection. Jacob knew right away what it was fixed it sent us on our way Thanks Jacob.
