  I’ve been in the store two times the first time I was just interested, but the second time I came in to make a purchase and the best part is I dealt with different people each time and had the same great experience both times! You will not be disappointed if you go into the store! It’s a breath of fresh air! Truly! If you’re going to get a cell phone and you want Service, this is the place to go. I also felt like they were finding ways to save me money, which was super cool and helpful! This is the definitely the place to go!!

  I'm going to have to give this location a 5 star rating and this is why...I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the staff that assisted me in making the best decisions with my phone technology choices. Vanessa and Alexa were really helpful in their knowledge, and also very friendly. They created a very nice experience with their authentically friendly way of doing business, and high level of expertise in answering my questions. Greatly appreciated and highly recommended!

  Vanessa and Alexa were AMAZING!!! They were super super helpful in explaining our options. They even walked us through transferring our phone to the new and upgraded phone we got from them. What a great store!! Friendly staff and friendly prices!

  I had a great experience with the store manager Vanessa she was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of the questions I had. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything before I left. Customer service like hers is hard to find, and she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Vanessa, for all your help! I highly recommend this Cricket Wireless because of employees like her.
