I brought my phone in today because it wouldn’t turn on, and a wonderful young lady named Isabel greeted me with the biggest smile on her face! 😊 She was more than happy to help me and made the whole experience pleasant. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. Thank you so much, Isabel, for your amazing customer service! ❤️ We need more friendly, helpful, and hardworking young people like you. Keep up the great work, darling, and never lose that beautiful smile! You’re doing an amazing job! 🥰👏🏼

Employee says I can only remove a line through Cricket site/Customer Support. He tells me this on a Sunday when Cricket's support lines are down.
