  Went in looking for a 40" Samsung TV, Walter, a Sales Associate said hi. I told him want I was looking for and we went to it. It was $199.00, brand new in the box. I had ckecked Amazon Prime, prior to going in; Amazon was $179.00, and would have in a couple of days. I like Amazon, but not for large electronic devices; their delivery people are rough with boxes. So I walked out with what I wanted and not a bad price. Thanks Walter, fir good customer service.

  The worker was extremely knowledgeable about all the security cameras and answered all our Questions. I was very pleased with my purchase and felt confident I got the best options based on his expertise.

  Alanzo was absolutely amazing helping my husband and I pick out a new TV and sound bar today! He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the whole experience. What stood out to me most was that he made sure to include me in the conversation and asked for my opinions and what I liked, which I truly appreciate and made the experience so comfortable and respectful. He went above and beyond with his customer service, and we left feeling happy and satisfied with our purchase. Thank you, Alanzo!

  Had a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Alanzo. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and really took the time to help me find the right products. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend asking for Alanzo if you need help!

  Walter needs to find a new job. He actually rolled his eyes at me when I was asking questions about whether or not Best Buy carries the MacBook Pro with the nano texture display and then told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. Yes Walter, it is possible to be loud AND wrong, you just proved it. Then the best part came when he told me to shut up when I asked him to stop speaking/screaming at me because he was acting like a child with a bald head and gray hair and I don’t have time for games when I’m coming some place to spend money. I spoke with Christian the GM that said he would “take care of it” but really didn’t seem that concerned when it came down to it. And then in the end I walked out empty handed because they not only didn’t have that Pro they didn’t have the Apple Watch I wanted either. Kind of a bummer. As someone who used to be a blue shirt this is just plain embarrassing. If you hate your job that much go find a new one don’t take it out on me.
