  I heard one tech say “ we’re running behind”, well you’re running behind because you have more techs and employees worried about looking for people to check in than you do fixing customers issues. It’s sad that this is what apple calls good customer service.

  The worst customer service experience I have ever had in any kind of store, not just an electronic store! I dropped by yesterday morning to pick up my phone after ordering it online and was helped by a worker at the pickup station. After asking me if I wanted to drop off my old phone he suggests that I add icloud backup to it so that the data transferring to the new phone was quoting his words: "Way faster than doing it phone to phone". So, of course I didn't want to spend the entire day at the store, so following his advice, I purchase the icloud plan. It turns out that doing what he suggested led to me having to be in the store for 5 HOURS because the syncing of the data would take 11 hours to be done (ended up doing the exact opposite of what they recommended doing to supposedly "save time"). 11 HOURS and this was supposed to be the fastest way. Then the manager, she tries to intimidate me by saying that no advice should be taken literally as most suggestions are valid "generally" and offers no guarantee of any kind. I will never ever go to this store again. If I could give a 0 review stars, I would.

  I came to pick up my iPhone. Had to wait 20 minutes and then I was told that I had to bring my physical ID. What a waste of time the guy who asked me to wait could also tell me make sure you have you physical ID with you

  Could be the worst Apple Store in America. As a trillion dollar company they could not solve the simple problem of a lifelong apple customer who was given a $45 discount by corporate that they do not honor in store. Managers Bells and Ranier were more useless than an 18 month old iPhone. Steve Jobs would be turning in his grave if he knew how much a shit show his company has become.

  It does not get any better than the beautiful lady Tam, she’s absolutely amazing very welcoming her service was the best. These days you don’t get service like that. When I come back she’s definitely my go to
