  Very unfriendly people. Sad situation. Felt very discriminated and it’s very disheartening. We came in to trade-in a phone and pay it in full. We were treated unfairly. It’s 4th of July so the last with the American flag socks, she is very unpleasant.

  Best place to buy an iPhone and any other Apple Product. Plus the Genius Bar is always helpful for hardware support. 📱🖥️

  We went to buy a 5,400 laptop and we left with -1 laptop. Complete lack of knowledge by the staff. They put us in a situation where our trade in was wiped before we could complete the transaction we needed to. And now no computer for work on Monday. Unbelievable experience. Apple store is hell on earth. Get me out of this dystopian nightmare. They don't know how their systems work or programs. We spent hours here, and we are worse off than we started with. I just can't believe the lack of knowledge and service we received. Complete incompetence.

  Had a super frustrating and disrespecting situation at the Apple Store on 5/22. Management and staff are very unprofessional on how they handle conflict resolution. Management is selling product to people bypassing codes for carrier setup but then denying it when brought to the table. They refused to help me resolve the issue with my phone and told me I needed to go to my carrier they could not sell me the phone. I realized 5 minutes later I left my Hydroflask at this location and went back to receive it and was told it was never there. As someone who has worked in sales, I will never be taking my business back to this location. Unprofessional and shady things happening there.
