  This store was not helpful at all - cocky and arrogant staff wasted half my day. The online tech support from apple was far better and resolved my issue no problem. I wish I had started there but I was sure the Apple Store could help since my phone was dead. I was wrong and I left there very disappointed and will never return.

  What a poor welcoming experience! No order for who came in first. All we wanted to do was buy a computer valued at over $1000. We were told to stand over there and wait. Meanwhile people who came in after us were getting help with phone purchases. Finally a sales person! Annabel was great but unfortunately she does not make up for the treatment of our experience. Perhaps if you paid your employees better you would be so short handed! Give Annabel a raise!

  When it comes to technology, everything changes so quickly that you need expert advice from the APPLE employee! Sometimes you don’t get lucky and find someone who’s patient who can give you a watered down version! I drove 70 miles to get to the Apple Store in Gilbert & a friend came from Northeast Mesa as she too wants a new computer. A guy by the name of Elijah, was exactly what we were hoping for! Very patient, very nice, listened intently to our questions and re-explained anything and everything we asked about, with no impatience! His name is Elijah! What an amazing young man! He has it all! He’s got great people skills and very knowledgeable in his field! He helped me build a computer and helped me order it online while I was in the store. I am so relieved because now I know I got exactly what I needed! * Ask for him! Thank you, Elijah! You are APPLE Store’s finest!

  Frustrating. Told to bring my large iMac in because they don’t make trade in appointments. Got there and was told they’d have to make an appointment. Ending up wasting a bunch of time just for them to have no solutions. Poor service/can’t reach the actual store no matter what you try.

  No wonder this location earns a 3.6!! Just the absolute worst service!? What good is apple care when they have such terrible customer service! Every time we’ve gone to another location, such a better experience!! Stay away unless a last resort!!
