- IIIrisMay 4, 20261.0I don’t recommend this store to my family and friends!!! I had my sister and family pick up phones from this store and the bigger girl that in the store was very rude and was just irritated the moment they walked in. Mind you there were no other customers there and they were just there to pick up their devices that they purchased. She was also very rude to the other sales associate there I feel bad for her. Please be kind to customers, besides that I rather go to the first store that helped my family out they were amazing !!!

They had my nephew purchase a phone case, he didn’t really like, he tried to return it just a few minutes later because he wasn’t satisfied but they claim everything is “final sale” but no receipt was provided and he wasn’t not told prior to purchasing a $70 phone case! Completely ridiculous they take advantage of kids or anyone they see vulnerable
