  The visit was a total waste of time. If you're using the coupon for the first free visit don't plan on anything being done. The Dr was afraid to even touch my cat to evaluate her health, she refused to look in her ears to see if her ear drum was intact so I knew if it was ok to continue giving ear drops, and wouldn't look at the black stuff in my cat's ears under the microscope. All they did was hand me a care plan that was hundreds of dollars to sedate my cat, despite the fact my cat was completely cooperative and I even offered to help with the exam.

  I had a referral for first free visit and they are super nice. They did their best to get me discounts on blood tests as well.

  The staff and Dr. were very caring and compassionate. We took our dog in because she wasn’t doing well and found out she had cancer. The staff was very supportive and helpful as we made one of the hardest decisions of our lives. They really made such a devastating day a little more bearable.

  Awesome Place! The Dr & staff were absolutely wonderful. Met us happily at the door, and helped us immediately! My little 14yo 5 lb Gracie chi was so distressed, panting & pacing. After Dr Wong discovered her anal gland rupture, we were so relieved!!!🤗 I mean, its horrible, but not fatal. ❤️🙏🥹 They took her to gently clean the area, flush the wound 🫣🤕😬 blood work because she's senior & needed pain treatment. Her liver, heart, lungs & kidneys in great shape! Eased the pain of payment lol. Honestly y'all, the cost was way Less than I paid the local vet when the same thing happened 7 years ago!!! $$ vs $$. And VCA even included a cone... I'm sorry "young cone..." I just can't help but laugh a little. 😅 Thank you for being so kind to Gracie, and me! You're absolutely the best and I am giving your number out at the dog park just as soon as she's ready to run again! God bless our little angels & the fabulous caregivers at VCA!!! 🙏❤️🙏

  Dr Wong was amazing to work with. He was patient, calm, and compassionate in caring for our golden retriever. He took the time to call and get us set up with a transfer to an emergency room and explained our options in a clear and logical manner. We felt very well taken care of. Thank you Dr Wong and staff! I would want him as the vet to all of our pets!
