  Need a better Genius Bar setup, how do I come in and check in for my appointment, told to sit down and wait to be ignored for 25 minutes. Had to approach another associate for help who was more than happy to help me out with a screen issue on my iPhone.

  Picked up my iPhone 18 Pro Max here and had a really good experience. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, the pickup process was easy, and I was able to get my phone and get out pretty quickly without a bunch of waiting around. The store was busy but everything still moved pretty smoothly. Just a solid Apple Store experience overall and I’d definitely come back to this location.

  came in as a walk in for a battery replacement. i was told it was an hour wait for a walk in. which seemed fine to me. i just wish the wait time was more accurate. i checked in 10 mins after i was texted to check in. i’ve been here for 25 mins wait for them to take my device. not sure if it’s the staffing, or training but the wait time is not accurate for walk in.

  I bought an iPad a year ago just over a year ago in March and it stopped working on me. The manager said that because I didn't buy a warranty for it there was nothing they can do and they wanted to sell me a brand new one. This is my fifth iPad I've spent thousands of dollars and just to replace this iPad I spent $2,700 in 2 years for one iPad I could have bought a brand new iMac Pro for that. They do not have good customer service they only care about the bottom line in their revenue and they weren't willing to help a customer who's been with them since 2011 since I bought the original iPad when it first came out. I'm going to have to rethink my next purchase and maybe lean towards the Microsoft Surface. Because obviously apple and its management they do not care about people that spend money with them very disappointing I only give them a one because that was the lowest I can give you

  Came in at 1:30 to have my phone replaced as it was ran over, and I was told I couldn't even be put on a list to be seen as they were too busy. Yes I know I didn't have an appointment but I couldn't get into apple support. You know that's not easy from a non apple device. My son and husband go back in 5 min later and we get put on a wait list. They said three employees walked by them and said nothing, then as they were getting help, another customer comes up and jumps in front of my husband to get help. What happened to first come first served and shame on the employee to allow another customer to just cut in. We are told it will be two hours. At 4:30 we go back only to be told we have an appt at 5:05. 😑 We are told you know what I'll go ahead and check you in, you'll be seen shortly. In the 30 minutes of waiting there are multiple employees just standing around talking to themselves and not even acknowledging customers. You can see they are trying to avoid eye contact with customers as they walk by. Finally at 5:15 someone comes overs and starts asking what is wrong. I show her my shattered phone. She then tells me they do not have my phone in stock. They will give me a loaner phone until my replacement comes in. Ohh and they cannot activate it for me at all. I call Verizon to activate the phone and they are closed. Thankfully there is a third party Verizon store down the way. They were awesome and got it switched over for me. Best service ever. The phone they give me is almost dead. Ohh and it has the old style charging port. So I had to buy a new charger. As I only have the new style. Once I get the phone charging and try to download my info so I can can use it, it freezes. Won't let me do anything. I cannot even turn the thing off or do the hard reset. No phone calls no emails, no text messages. I NEED my phone for appointments and the schedule as a busy working mom who is juggling sports and a second job as well. I decide to go back into the store because it will not do anything and the first thing a rep tells me is "ohh let me show you how to hard reset it." Tell her I already know and I have been with apple for over 10 years.. then she proceeds to tell me I shouldnt have signed in with my iCloud, that's why its not working. Um excuse me? What's the point of a loaner phone. I'm treated as if I am "dumb" and know nothing about the phone and it's my fault it's not working. When in reality I was given a phone with half the memory of my usual phone to use. If I wasn't supposed to use my iCloud why was I told to put that info in? I did get my phone back and was able to go to another store that has my phone in stock. The stores need to get it together. Why waste someone's day just to tell them basically I cannot help you, I dont have what you need and it will be over a week to help you. And they told me other stores had my phone. Ok why not just tell me at check in "Hey I don't have this phone in stock but others do" I could have been on my way and not missed the event I was supposed to be at by 5 pm. The third person to help me this morning was great, understood my frustration and didnt talk down to me as if i was dumb. I'm sad I didn't catch his name.
